Coaching

Coaching is the BEST JOB IN THE WORLD.

I get to help people change their lives & empower themselves every day, and there’s nothing that quite beats the feeling of seeing tangible evidence of the impact you’re making.

I specialise in:

  • ADHD Coaching for teenagers

Having grown up with a ‘floordrobe’, being bullied no matter how hard I tried to fit in, with an inability to concentrate so bad that my teachers asked the entire class if I’d cheated when I got A’s in my exams (hello hyper-focus), being addicted to technology, and having anxiety, depression, and habits like smoking & drinking alcohol so bad they were just ‘normal’… I CAN RELATE TO MOST TEENAGE PROBLEMS.

Especially if they’re related to ADHD. I love coaching teens because I know exactly what I needed at that age - just someone to talk to, who ‘got it’ and wasn’t weird or pressurising. I have helped teens solve their own floordrobes, get into study routines (particularly at ALevels / university when they have more responsibility), prioritize themselves during social conflicts, and understand what helps them to study best or the ‘adjustments’ that could be made to support them, in addition to much more.

  • ADHD Coaching for adults

I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 25, after suffering the hell that can accompany undiagnosed adult ADHD, where it can seem like there’s no adult operating in the control tower! Having coaching myself helped me to publish ‘ADHD: an A - Z’ to provide an accessible, non-medicalized overview of adult ADHD. I still receive daily messages from people all over the world telling me how it’s changed their lives to know there’s someone out there who understands what they’re going through.

I absolutely love coaching adults with ADHD because they are proactively seeking out change in their lives by understanding their own ADHD - and once we do that, the opportunities are limitless! I’ve coached adults on everything from improving performance at work to establishing a daily routine, dealing with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and emotional flooding. Overall, lives are transformed by identifying how to live in line with our strengths & values. I always see a boost in self-esteem, self-compassion & life-changing clarity.

Did you know that the Government can fund ADHD coaching for employees via Access to Work?

  • Body Image Coaching

Having modelled since age 13 for brands like ASOS, Urban Outfitters & Vogue, I understand both sides of the fashion industry. I’ve had clothes pinned back on me, been pressured to lose weight by groups of strangers, had to strap on fake baby bumps, pose in the ‘anorexic way’, and have been insulted to my face about how I look more times than I can count.

I have now lost track of just how many people have had what they’ve called ‘life-changing conversations’ with me about this. When we learn about the reality behind the images we’re being bombarded with, we can have a bit more compassion for ourselves & start accepting the bodies we have, rather than spending SO MUCH ENERGY wanting them to be different.

  • Corporate Coaching, Training & Facilitating

I have provided coaching, training & speaking services to companies including Microsoft, Adidas & Lewis Silkin. These sessions are incredible to do in a corporate setting, as they bring vulnerability & authenticity to environments where we’re so often afraid to say the wrong thing. Having worked in mental health & disability law & policy, I’m fortunate to be confident in understanding how the law works in these settings, with the viewpoint of having a disability myself.

There are a range of options, from speaking about my own personal experiences, to leading with creative exercises & facilitating open conversations between employees. We also provide coaching for managers of people with ADHD and ADHD-awareness training sessions, alongside mediating conflict by being able to quickly facilitate effective conversations between HR & individuals.
